How long will it take for my web hosting account to be set up?

Depending on whether it’s Shared, VPS, Dedicated or Custom Server…usually set-up within 3-12 hours.

How long will it take for my new domain name to become active?

This depends on who you bought your domain name through.(Network Solutions, Godaddy, etc)  Most domain purchases are available within 1 hour of purchase.

Can I buy a domain name, but not buy web hosting?

Godaddy, for example, offers hosting with the purchase of a domain name.  However, they limit you to their services and it becomes very expensive for what we offer at one low price.  We are different in that we allow for just about any thing you want or need for your website, without all the extra fees that others may charge you.

How can I pay for my web hosting account or domain name?

We accept all major credit cards through paypal.

Can I have a free trial of a web hosting account?

Sure, just ask!

Do I get an invoice?

Yes, all accounts have purchase history with invoices.

Do you host adult or warez websites?

We do not host WAREZ, call for more information about adult sites.

What type of hardware will my VPS be hosted on?

This will depend on your budget.  We can host anything you desire, want, or need.

Which web hosting control panels do you offer?

Currently we offer WHM/cPanel.  Linux-Apache-MySQL-PHP (LAMP)

How is bandwidth usage calculated?

This is limited by your budget or which package you choose.

How long does it take to get my server set up?

Typically within 3-12 hours depending on which server you want, need or desire.

How do I add additional IP addresses? Is there an upgrade fee?

We charge $10 per extra IP address per month.

Can I create mail accounts on my server? What software is included for mail?

Yes. We offer Horde, Squirrel Mail or Cube Mail for webmail or you can set up Outlook, Thunderbird or any other mail program you may use for example your Android or iPhone device.

Who is responsible for the server hardware?

We take care of all server hardware.
